Mission

  • Support the sales & business team in term of methodology and tools for monitoring, reporting and forecasting purposes

Main responsibilities:

  • CRM – Salesforce administration:
  • Manage day-to-day CRM user cases, including new user requests, resolution of system issues, and troubleshooting 
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards adapted to each user’s needs
  • Monitor database hygiene and ensure that data are matching the revenue recognized by finance every quarter.
  • Train new users depending on their role in the company. 
  • Create and update documents concerning the software’s use but also for all the processes needed to be followed.
  • Cooperate with a Salesforce expert’s agency for advanced needs/ requests.

 

  • Business Analysis:  work directly with the Global Head of Business Operations to
  • Build reports and templates on Excel regarding the business needs. 
  • Translate new business needs into actions within the CRM salesforce and build the corresponding processes. 
  • Prepare data for regular business update (weekly report, forecast cycle, QBR) 
  • Create the quarterly Lead Pipeline report addressing to all Business teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management etc )  

Educational background

Master degree in process management / data processing

Required experience

Business Analyst or sales operations engineer with 1-3 years working with sales & marketing organization

Required skills

-       Excellent mix of analytics and synthetic capability

-       Ability to communicate with all levels of management and diversified teams (Sales, marketing, business, product, Finance, IT…)

-       Eager to challenge positively and to propose continuous improvement of existing methods & processes

-       Ability to grow in a broader role and scope of responsibilities

-       Knowledges in CRM (ideally SFDC) and Excel
