  • Prepare Sales/Business data and preliminary analysis to allow the Executive team to take appropriate decisions
  • Support the sales & business team in term of methodology and tools for monitoring, reporting and forecasting purposes


Main responsibilities

  • Provide datas & support to finance & HR teams in line with internal processes
  • Perform business trend analysis to feed relevant dashboard and help in decision making of the business management team
  • Prepare data for regular business update (weekly report, forecast cycle, QBR…)
  • Support stakeholders in the use of CRM tool and improve usage
  • Proactively propose improvement of the process and tools to monitor and forecast our business

Educational   background Master   degree in process management / data processing or math/Finance
Required   experience Business   Analyst or sales operations engineer with 3-5 years working with sales   organization or business team
Required   skills

Excellent   mix of analytics and synthetic capability

Ability   to communicate with all levels of management and diversified teams (Sales,   marketing, business, product, Finance, IT…)

Eager   to challenge positively and to propose continuous improvement of existing   methods & processes

Ability   to grow in a broader role and scope of responsibilities

Expert   in CRM (ideally SFDC) and Excel, good user level in ERP (ideally SAP)

Experience   in Business is a plus
